This workshop will inform participants of the many considerations that need to be undertaken when establishing and maintaining GIS-based address databases and applications.

- History of Addressing
- The anatomy of an address
- Managing addressing in GIS
- Public safety implications of addressing
- Other governmental enterprise implications of addressing
- Aggregating multiple address databases into a master address database
Target Audience: Address Technicians, GIS professionals that support address management and/or public safety, Public Safety/9-1-1 professionals that use GIS-based addressing data
Attendance at one full or half-day workshop is included with full registration. Be sure to select your workshop right away as seats are limited. A second workshop will incur an additional charge of $97.50 for members and $122.50 for non-members.
