I am the GIS specialist for the Vegetation Classification and Mapping Program at CDFW. We use ArcGIS Collector to support field surveys, do vegetation classifications, and some in-house mapping. In addition to working with ArcGIS, Collector I have also done some support of classification work and sample allocations using R. I also hold a Part 107 certification and have flown drones to support vegetation mapping. Previously I worked at CDFA supporting the Pierce's Disease Program and weed programs.
